How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Professional access — full Maia, audit-ready PDFs, the vendor quote portal, every Pro feature. No credit card is required to start. If you don't upgrade by day 14 the account moves to the Free tier automatically.
What platforms is Mainto available on?
Mainto is available as a web app at mainto.ai and as a native iOS + iPad app on the App Store. Both share one account and stay in sync in real time.
What's the difference between Maia chat and the Maia agent?
Maia chat (Starter and up) is the conversational assistant — ask anything in plain English about your portfolio. The Maia agent (Professional and up) adds the autonomous side: daily briefings, an approval inbox, recurring playbooks, guardrails, and a knowledge editor. The agent drafts vendor outreach, work orders, and audit packs for one-click approval.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and enter your email. You’ll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Open Settings → Export to download every property, building system, service record, work order, vendor, and task as JSON. CSV exports are also available from the Reports hub and the Properties list.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing in the web dashboard and click Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel anytime. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate.
